Domain sale pages
Present every name with a page that fits the sale.
Choose the visual treatment and the way a buyer can act independently. Domaina then carries the same configured price, conversation and next step from the public page into the deal.

Different presentation, one real transaction path
Layout controls presentation. It does not create a second set of prices, permissions or checkout rules. Pick the design that suits the name, then choose separately how it is sold.
Meridian
Domaina's default split layout keeps the name and supporting copy beside the purchase card, so the selling choices remain in view.
Grotesk type · teal, indigo, emerald or slate
Mini
A compact, single-screen stack with a mono display face and the commerce controls kept inline.
Mono display · slate or teal

A direct top-to-bottom column with inline commerce and room for the seller's public headline and description.
Grotesk type · all six Domaina accent presets
Brandable
A hero treatment that gives the domain room to read like a wordmark, with the transaction module below the introduction.
Grotesk hero · teal, indigo, emerald or rose
Noir
A near-black, serif-led hero for a restrained premium presentation, with the commerce module continuing below the fold.

Four sales methods
Offer exactly the next steps you intend
If a seller leaves the method automatic, a priced name uses buy now plus make offer, while an unpriced name uses make offer. A saved method can override that default.
Buy now only
A priced domain presents its purchase action directly. Buyers can still send the seller a question.Make offer only
The buyer submits a priced offer and the conversation continues in Domaina's offer workflow.Buy now and make offer
A priced name gives the buyer both paths: accept the asking price or begin a negotiation.Inquiry only
The page opens a direct conversation without presenting a purchase or priced-offer action.
For buyers
The page says what is available before you act
A buyer should not have to infer whether the seller expects a purchase, an offer or a conversation.
The sale method determines the controls. Buy-now appears only with a price; offer controls appear only when offers are allowed; every method still leaves a way to ask the seller a question.
When lease to own is enabled for a priced domain, the sale page can show the down payment and monthly installment before the buyer proceeds. Payment methods are narrowed to rails the installation can actually accept for that purchase.
For sellers
Set a portfolio default, then make individual names distinct
Layout, accent, sales method and public copy live with the domain when overridden; otherwise the portfolio settings remain in charge.
The editor exposes only a closed set of layouts, accents and sales methods. That keeps public pages renderable and consistent while still allowing different names to carry different presentations.
Show preview loads the canonical sale-page renderer in a sandboxed frame. The seller reviews the same page a buyer will receive rather than a separate miniature approximation.
Set up a sale page
From a portfolio record to a public buying path
The setup happens on the domain record. There is no separate page builder or second inventory record to keep in sync.
- 01
Open the domain
From Portfolio, open the name you want to prepare and find its Sale page controls.Only domains in the Listed state appear on public marketplace surfaces.
- 02
Choose the sale
Set an asking price when needed, then choose buy now, make offer, both, inquiry only, or leave the method automatic.Removing the price from a buy-now method safely falls back to make offer.
- 03
Shape the page
Pick one of the five layouts, a supported accent, casing, public headline and description, plus optional lease terms. An empty per-domain value continues to follow the portfolio default.
- 04
Preview and save
Open the real preview, confirm the actions and copy, then save. Listed names use that same renderer publicly.Bulk controls can apply a chosen design across a selected portfolio set.
Built for confidence
The public page cannot quietly drift from the deal
Domaina keeps presentation separate from business rules, then applies those rules again when a buyer acts.
One canonical renderer
The seller preview and public sale page use the same template components and public projection.Server-enforced actions
Hiding a control is not the permission boundary. The same sales-method rules are checked by the server action. No inventory oracle
An unknown, unlisted or otherwise unavailable name returns the same Not available experience.
Questions before you publish
Sale-page answers grounded in the current product
Does the template decide what a buyer can do?
No. Layout and sales method are separate. The template decides presentation; the sales method decides whether buy now, make offer or inquiry controls are available.
What happens when I do not choose a sales method?
Domaina resolves it from the price: a priced name defaults to buy now plus make offer, and an unpriced name defaults to make offer.
What if I remove the price from a buy-now domain?
The effective method falls back to make offer instead of rendering a purchase action without an amount.
Can a buyer contact me on a buy-now-only page?
Yes. Inquiry remains available for every sales method, including buy now only.
Can one domain use a different page from the portfolio default?
Yes. A domain can override its layout and accent. Leaving the field unset makes it continue following the portfolio setting.
Where do monthly payment terms appear?
A priced sale page can show the down payment and installment when lease to own is enabled. Read the lease-to-own guide for the buyer and seller lifecycle.
Your portfolio, presented clearly
Choose the page and the sale path together.
Open a domain, set the buyer's available actions, preview the canonical page and publish only when the presentation matches the deal you intend to run.
