Offer a defined payment plan

For eligible priced domains, set a down payment and maximum term. Custody, installments, and final ownership remain tied to one agreement.

Set the portfolio behavior once, then inherit or override the down payment, term, and enabled state for a particular name. Buyers see the resolved offer, not your internal settings.

During an active plan, the domain remains in Domaina's holding account and installments are recorded as they clear. Completion writes the sale and hands ownership to the buyer; the default path returns the name to the seller.

How can I add domains to Domaina?
You can add one domain, paste a bulk list, or import a CSV. Existing canonical names are skipped and reported on import rather than being silently overwritten.
What makes a domain public?
The domain must be marked as listed, and the marketplace must be enabled. Unlisted or deleted domains do not appear publicly.
Which selling methods can I use?
A sale page can combine a fixed price with offers, use fixed price only, invite offers without a price, or accept an inquiry without an amount. Domaina shows and enforces the options selected for that listing.
Can different domains use different sale pages?
Yes. You can set portfolio defaults for layout and accent, then override the layout, accent, sales method, public headline, and public description on an individual domain.
What seller information stays private?
Acquisition and renewal costs, minimum price, internal notes, view counts, and other portfolio-only fields do not appear on the public page.
How does lease to own work for a seller?
Lease to own can follow the portfolio setting or be changed per priced domain. The domain moves into Domaina's holding account before the active schedule begins, the seller is paid as installments clear, and a completed plan transfers ownership to the buyer. If a plan defaults, the documented lifecycle returns the name to the seller.
